What got cheap
Making the image
Anyone can generate a hundred app screenshots before lunch. The tools are free, they are fast, and they are getting better every month. Nobody is paid for that part any more.
A marketplace for good taste
You build the app. Makers bring the vision. Name your price and find the screenshot set that feels right.
From $5 per brief · 7 days to choose · Yours when you pick

Paid for, and the clock is running

Nothing open under Other right now. See every brief
The whole mechanism
Want a change to a set you bought? Want the source files? That is another brief, priced again, aimed at the maker who made it. Nothing on this site works any other way.
Upload the screens you have — a screenshot, a video, or just a description. A link helps if there is one, but nothing here needs one. Say which kind of work you want, how many images, and what matters. Then name your price.
The moment the brief goes up, the full amount is held on the buyer's card, where they cannot spend it and neither can we. That is why every brief a maker sees is one they can be paid for.
Any maker can send up to 3 sets. The brief page shows watermarked previews, and only some of them — which is how good work gets found without a portfolio, and stays protected until you buy it.
The clock starts when the brief goes up. Choose within 7 days and the original files unlock the same second. We collect the payment and owe the maker 85% of it on the spot.
If nobody submits
The hold lasts 7 days and so does the brief. Nothing arrives, it closes, and the buyer was never charged a penny. They can post it again.
If you do not pick
The hold lapses at the deadline and you are charged nothing at all. Nobody picks for you, and the makers who sent work are paid nothing, so the choice is worth making. A directed request runs 3 days.
Why anyone pays for this
What got cheap
Anyone can generate a hundred app screenshots before lunch. The tools are free, they are fast, and they are getting better every month. Nobody is paid for that part any more.
What did not
Out of that hundred, three make somebody download the app and ninety-seven do not. Telling them apart is not a tooling problem, and neither is asking for the right one precisely enough to get it back.
So
See the difference, ask for it precisely, and you hold the scarce half of this job. Here it is priced per brief, in the open, and the money is already reserved.
A maker here is not somebody who owns expensive software. It is somebody who knows what good looks like and can say so precisely enough that a machine produces it. That is a skill, it is rare, and until now there was nowhere obvious to sell it.
For makers
Every brief you can see has the buyer's card already held for the full amount — no invoice to chase, no client who disappears. Up to 3 sets each, 85% of the price is yours, paid the moment you are picked. After ten submissions your pick rate is public, so a stranger can check your eye without taking your word for it.
No unpaid pitching
Every brief that draws work pays somebody. The only question is who.
No portfolio gatekeeping
Your pick rate is the credential. It is earned in public.
Your originals stay yours
Until the buyer picks, watermarked previews are all that exist.
Before you ask
No. You need to know what good looks like and be able to describe it. Most makers here work through image tools rather than drawing from scratch. What gets picked is judgement, not software.
Whichever ones you like. We never ask and it makes no difference to the brief. You own what you submit and you are responsible for having the right to use it.
The money is held on the buyer's card from the moment the brief appears, and when you are picked we collect it and owe you your share the same second. Everyone sees watermarked previews only; the original files unlock when you are picked, never before.
The hold lapses at the deadline, the buyer is charged nothing, and nobody is paid. That is the risk of this model and we are not going to pretend otherwise.
You are charged nothing. The hold simply lapses — no set means no charge.
Up to 3 sets per brief. Sending three near-identical ones is usually worse than sending one considered set, because every submission counts against your pick rate whether it wins or not.
Pick rate is sets chosen divided by sets sent, and it only becomes public after 10 submissions so nobody sits at the top on a single lucky win. See the board.
The moment the buyer picks, we owe you. In Hong Kong it is transferred to your Stripe account at once and reaches your bank about seven days later. Anywhere else we pay by Wise: at once if you have a Wise account, or once your balance reaches US$20 if you take it to a bank.
That is a new brief aimed at the same maker, priced by you, running three days. Same for source files. Every transaction here works the same way, which is the point.
You decide. The floor is $5. What you offer is the strongest signal makers have about how much care to put in.
